1. Return Policy
- Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned items must be in unused, uninstalled, and original condition, with all tags, packing materials, invoice copy, courier receipt, and any included accessories or documentation.
- Returns will be accepted only if the product is found damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Any signs of use, physical damage, or missing parts will make the item ineligible for return.
- Buyers must email info@buysolarproduct.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos or videos showing the issue.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions from our dispatch team.
2. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected successfully, Arising Metech Pvt. Ltd. will initiate a refund to your original payment method (or preferred account, if requested in writing).
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and verification of the returned item.
- In cases of cancellation before shipping, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
- Shipping or logistics charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
3. Refund & Cancellation for Service-Based Transactions
For any service-based orders (consultation, design, installation, or R&D services), once payment has been made,
no refund or cancellation will be entertained, as these services are initiated immediately upon confirmation.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is not possible.
- However, customers are still eligible for return if the product meets the return criteria listed above.
- To request cancellation, email info@buysolarproduct.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
5. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Buy Solar Product (Arising Metech Pvt. Ltd.) ships across most parts of India.
- Orders are typically shipped within 24 working hours of confirmation.
- We ship from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, using reputed logistics partners such as Delhivery, VRL, TCI Express, or other surface transporters depending on product type and location.
- Estimated delivery time:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro / remote areas: 5–10 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, strikes, or regional restrictions beyond our control.
- In rare cases where a shipment is delayed or untraceable, Arising Metech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a full refund to the source account.
- We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or national holidays.
6. Important Notes
- All logistics timelines are estimates; no guaranteed delivery date is promised.
- In cases of damage during transit, replacement will be provided after courier claim settlement.
- Customer must retain the courier receipt and unboxing video for verification in case of damage claims.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not accepted.
